The Tasmanian Amputee Society website needed a facelift. Like a major one. It was functional, but looked incredibly boxy and dated and didn’t work to highlight the great work they do.

 The Brief

Update the look and feel of the site to be modern, provide a source of information for amputees (in Tasmania and around Australia) that is vibrant, positive and easy to navigate.

The new site has been through a few iterations in regards to membership. Initially, they wanted their members to be able to sign up and pay their fee online. This required multiple plugins in the back end including Memberpress. They also required a custom dashboard that showed visitors, site views and password resets. The site no no longer allows members to log in online, but still provides all the details they would need on their journey as amputees.

Web Design

We really appreciated Katie’s direction on how to condense our previous site and make it easier to navigate for new and current members.
